One of NOWPDP’s aims is to Foster a proactive attitude and greater commitment within the business community to meet their Corporate Social Responsibility by creating employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and contributing to their self-reliance. The Employment Generation project is in keeping with this aim, whereby NOWPDP contacts potential employers and attempts to clarify their misconceptions by creating awareness regarding the abilities of persons with disabilities, and their integration.

NOWPDP works with organisations to facilitate the employment of people with disabilities, by matching the needs of the organisation to our list of candidates.
