NOWPDP releases English version of guide to applying for the Special CNIC

NOWPDP is proud to release the English version of our guide for applying for the Special CNIC - available for people with disabilities in Pakistan. After significant research into the procedures for each province and territory, NOWPDP has published the document. An Urdu version is being finalised, after which it will be printed for distribution to the member organisations of NOWPDP.
