NOWPDP works to catalyze the creation of an inclusive society that values and upholds the rights of people with disabilities. It works to achieve the following objectives:

• Generate a greater level of awareness about the needs and rights of people with disabilities. (See activities.)
• Foster a positive attitude and greater commitment levels amongst the business community to meet their Corporate Social Responsibility requirements by creating employment opportunities for people with disabilities. (See activities.)
• Protect the rights of people with disabilities with respect to social inclusion and economic sustainability & highlight the responsibilities of key players in public, private and business sectors. (See activities.)
• Provide networking grounds for partnerships between member organizations. (See activities.)
• Develop resources and information for the public on disability. (See activities.)
