a. To provide a neutral, non-partisan, non-sectarian and apolitical platform for organisations working for persons with disabilities.

b. To act as national resource center for organisations working for and with persons with disabilities by providing them space and voice.

c. To plan and implement various programmes and activities to strengthen the governance, management, operations and programmes of organisations working for persons with disabilities.

d. To develop capacity development programmes to improve the governance, management, operations and outreach of disability related organisations.

e. To collect, collate, package and disseminate reliable data and information about disabilities, persons with disabilities and organisations working for them.

f. To create mass awareness about the issues and challenges faced by persons with disabilities and organisations working for them.

g. To undertake advocacy with key stakeholders (particularly the government, civil society organisations, media, academia, donors and philanthropists) to address issues and challanges faced by organisations working for persons with disabilities.

h. To create linkages among organisations working for persons with disabilities, government, business and media.

i. To publish and distribute books, pamphlets, periodicals, literature, and other printed matters as well as use electronic media such as websites, TV, radio etc. to disseminate reliable communication and other information concerning the above mentioned objectives.

j. To facilitate resource mobilizations for organisations working for persons with disabilities as well as the Network itself to active the above objectives.

k. To undertake any other activity necessary to achieve the above objectives.
