Call center training starts at the NOWPDP Vocational Training Center

Wednesday, 1st Nov 2017: NOWPDP starts its very own in-house vocational training. A batch of 8 persons with visual impairment are to be given call center training which would include operating the right equipment and being able to converse with calls received. The training also includes a computer component so the trainees are well equipped with an additional skill set.

This training will help the trainees acquire jobs in this field which would eventually strengthen their prospect careers as well as help NOWPDP’s aim of facilitating their inclusion in the socio-economic paradigm.
